Shop clerk l’Unique (Fulltime)

Car expert, barista, chef, route planner… As a full-time shop assistant at l’Unique, you are a jack of all trades. Customers come to our shop for all sorts of things. For a chat, a delicious cup of coffee or snack, cigarettes, a forgotten errand or they want to get rich with the National Lottery! There’s something for everyone and you can be the linchpin!

What will you be doing?

Sandwich topping cake/snacks baking
Serving customers at the till
Replenishing shelves
Labelling and marking of products
Informing customers about savings and fuel cards
Service station pump maintenance and shop cleaning

Who are you?

You are proactive, sociable, independent and customer-friendly, and you enjoy a varied job with accompanying changing shifts. You know how to get things done, customers do not have to wait too long with you and meanwhile the shelves are filled.

Experience in sales and checkout work
Flexible attitude towards work and working hours.
Experience with sandwiches is a plus

We are looking for full-time employees for the position of shop assistant, so our offer is 40h per week.

Who will you be working for?

The L’Unique shops can now be found in 25 locations all over Belgium. The brand is part of MAES Energy Mobility. The shops can only be found at MAES, ESSO and SHELL petrol stations. With the shops, we want to be more of a neighbourhood shop than an ordinary petrol station shop. The local character is very important to us. You can go there for the usual things in a shop, from sandwiches over drinks and snacks to car products. But also for forgotten groceries, cleaning and household products, canned goods, toilet paper and ice creams. There is even a delicious bakery for fresh rolls and other goodies!
