Ingredients
- Spaghetti
- Garlic cloves
- Red pepper flakes
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and add chopped garlic and red pepper flakes. Fry until the garlic is light golden brown.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix well.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired, before serving.
Stuffed peppers:

- Peppers
- Minced meat (or another vegetarian alternative, such as eggs)
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomato sauce
- Spices to taste (such as paprika, cumin, pepper and salt)
- Cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the onion and garlic in a pan, add the minced meat and fry until cooked. Add the cooked rice and spices.
- Cut off the top of the peppers and remove the seeds.
- Stuff the peppers and remove the seeds.
- Fill the peppers with the rice-meat mixture and place them in a transfer dish.
- Pour tomato sauce over the peppers and bake in the oven until the peppers are soft.
- Add any cheese the last few minutes for a flavourful crust
Stir-fried vegetables with chicken

- Chicken breast, diced

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken cubes and fry until cooked through, then add the chopped garlic and fry for another minute.
- Then add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until crisp and al dente.
- Pour over the soy sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
