  • 400 g diced tomatoes (from a can)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions
  1. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add the bell bell pepper and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, paprika, cumin powder, salt and pepper and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add the brown beans and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Spicy Thai green curry with green beans


Ingredients
  • 400 g green beans, halved
  • 200 g tofu, diced
  • 2 tablespoons green curry paste
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Boiled rice, for serving

Instructions
  1. Heat some oil in a pan and briefly fry the green curry paste.
  2. Add the tofu and fry until golden brown.
  3. Add the green beans, red pepper and coconut milk and simmer until the beans are tender.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.

Stuffed chicken breast with green beans and mozzarella


Ingredients
  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 200 g green beans, cooked and halved
  • 200 g mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut a notch in each chicken breast and fill with green beans and mozzarella slices.
